Paula R. Glover

Paula R. Glover brings more than 25 years of leadership and expertise in the energy sector to her role as President of the Alliance to Save Energy, a bipartisan, nonprofit coalition of business, government, environmental, and academic leaders dedicated to advancing federal energy efficiency policy. She has a background in electricity and natural gas distribution.

Throughout her career, Ms. Glover has built a reputation for working effectively with state legislators and regulators, while maintaining a keen understanding of both the consumer and community aspects of the energy business. Ms. Glover has long been committed to ensuring that underrepresented communities have a voice in shaping energy policy. Prior to her role at the Alliance, she served as President and CEO of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to increasing the participation of African Americans and other minorities in energy policy and environmental issues.
